Digital Product Notice
AI Write My Book delivers digital products (manuscript files, cover images, metadata). Due to the nature of digital goods, our refund policy differs from physical products.
No Refunds After Delivery
Once your files have been delivered (shared via Google Drive), we cannot offer refunds because:
- Digital files cannot be “returned”
- Significant resources were used to generate your content
- You have full access to all deliverables
When We Will Refund
Full Refund:
- We fail to deliver within 7 days of order submission
- Technical failure prevents us from completing your order
- Duplicate charges (accidental double payment)
Partial Refund (case-by-case):
- Significant deviation from order specifications
- Missing deliverables (e.g., covers not included)
Revisions vs. Refunds
If you’re unhappy with your delivered content:
- First, use your included revision round
- Provide specific feedback on what to change
- We’ll regenerate your book with improvements
Revisions are the appropriate remedy for quality concerns, not refunds.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@aiwritemybook.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and PayPal transaction ID
- Explain why you’re requesting a refund
- We’ll respond within 48 hours
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed via PayPal
- Allow 5-10 business days for funds to appear
- Refunds are issued in USD
