1. Service Description

AI Write My Book (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides AI-generated book writing services. By placing an order, you (“customer,” “you”) agree to these terms.

2. What You Receive

For each order, you receive:

  • One AI-generated manuscript (50,000-60,000 words)
  • Three cover designs (eBook, paperback, hardcover formats)
  • KDP metadata (title, description, keywords, categories)
  • One round of revisions (Standard tier)

3. Delivery

Files are delivered within 72 hours of completed order submission via Google Drive. You’ll receive an email with access to your files.

4. Payment

  • All payments are processed via PayPal in USD
  • Payment is required before order processing begins
  • Prices may change without notice for future orders

5. Revisions

  • Standard tier includes 1 revision round
  • Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Revisions regenerate the entire book with your feedback
  • Additional revisions may be purchased separately

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon delivery, you own all rights to your generated manuscript and covers
  • You may publish, sell, or modify your book without restrictions
  • We retain no rights to your content after delivery
  • You are responsible for ensuring your inputs do not infringe third-party rights

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to generate:

  • Content that infringes copyrights or trademarks
  • Illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Content misrepresenting authorship (e.g., claiming a real person wrote it)
  • Content intended to deceive or defraud

8. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for complete details. In summary:

  • No refunds after file delivery
  • Refunds available if we fail to deliver within 7 days
  • Revisions are the remedy for quality concerns

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • How you use the generated content
  • Publishing platform rejections or issues
  • Sales performance of your published book
  • Losses exceeding the amount you paid for the service

10. Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Sales or revenue from your published book
  • Acceptance by any publishing platform
  • Accuracy of AI-generated content
  • Fitness for any particular purpose

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
